DATA POLICY

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data 06VPN processes when providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription management, why it is processed, and how users can manage it.

Last updated: August 2026

I. Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the 06VPN website, user panel, subscription services, and related support processes. Data is processed to manage accounts, deliver orders, provide network connections, protect security, and maintain the service, only to the extent needed for these purposes.

An email address is not required during registration; a username and password are enough to complete the process. 06VPN does not make an email address a mandatory registration detail and does not automatically create a registration email record through use of the service. Content submitted voluntarily in a support ticket is used only to handle the relevant request.

II. Data Processed and Its Uses

Account data: The system processes usernames, password credentials, and account status for authentication, login protection, subscription ownership checks, and account settings. Passwords are not displayed as public information.

Order and subscription records: The system stores the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction identifier, traffic usage status, and plan validity status to deliver subscriptions, process upgrades, verify orders, handle refunds, and resolve billing disputes.

Support requests: When users submit a support ticket through the panel, the system processes the ticket content, related account information, and reply history to investigate issues and record the outcome. Please do not submit sensitive information unrelated to the issue.

Website usage analytics: To understand page usage and improve workflows, the website may process statistical information such as page addresses, referring pages, browser type, interface language, approximate region, and button interactions. This information is used for aggregated analysis and not to build profiles of the content users access.

III. No-Logs Principles and Connection Data

06VPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites, pages, resources, or specific in-app content users access, nor does it create browsing histories based on access targets. The service does not retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct specific access content.

When a network connection is established, the system still needs to process necessary account authentication status, traffic usage, subscription validity, and route scheduling information to confirm service authorization and complete data transmission. This information is used for connection control, traffic accounting, troubleshooting, and preventing service abuse, not for analyzing what users access.

When investigating operational issues, aggregated or de-identified technical information may be used to determine the scope of a fault. Once processing is complete, detailed data unrelated to the stated operational purpose is not retained.

IV. Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics Tools

The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary security markers, and functional preferences. This data maintains sessions, restores user choices, and reduces repeated actions. After browser data is cleared, the login status or some preferences may need to be set again.

Usage analytics tools receive necessary events through same-site paths to measure page visits and conversion flows. Users can restrict Cookies or clear local storage through browser privacy settings, but disabling necessary storage may affect login, plan management, and subscription access.

V. Payment Processing and Third-Party Services

06VPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant payment service or network, which processes account credentials and payment authorization information under its own rules. 06VPN receives the payment result, amount, order identifier, and transaction status needed to complete an order, but does not receive passwords used to log in to third-party payment accounts.

Payment services may process transaction data under their own privacy policies. To complete reconciliation, refunds, risk checks, or dispute handling, 06VPN may link orders with payment results as necessary, but payment records are not used to create marketing profiles unrelated to subscription delivery.

VI. Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account and subscription data is retained while the account remains in use. Order records, payment results, and support tickets are retained as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, complete financial reconciliation, conduct security reviews, and comply with applicable rules. When these purposes end, the relevant data will be deleted, de-identified, or no longer processed. Records required by law may not be deleted until the legal retention requirement ends.

Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data through the support ticket entry in the user panel. Requests should specify the scope of the data involved. After verifying account ownership, 06VPN will process the request according to account status, pending orders, and necessary retention obligations. Deleting account data may make subscription status, past orders, and support records inaccessible.

This policy may be updated when service processes, technical measures, or applicable rules change. Revised versions will be published on this page and the date at the top will be updated. For significant changes to data processing, notice may also be provided through the website or user panel. Users can review the policy in effect before continuing to use the service.
