ACCOUNT / SUBSCRIPTION

Account & Subscription

Handle account setup, client access, subscription retrieval, and device migration. Before troubleshooting, confirm that the current action is being performed under the same user panel account.

What do I need to prepare to create an account?

No email address is required. Set a username and password to create an account. Use the username to sign in to the user panel and the password to protect your account and subscription details. After setup, store your login credentials securely. Use the same user panel to view plans, retrieve your subscription, access client downloads, and submit support tickets.

Which operating systems does 06VPN support?

This service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Open the client downloads section in the user panel, choose the client for your current system, then retrieve and import your subscription from the account overview. Do not download installation files from unfamiliar pages or share subscription details with untrusted apps.

Where can I get the subscription link, and how should I store it?

After signing in to the user panel, retrieve the current account subscription from the account overview. The subscription lets the client read available routes and configurations, so import it directly through the client’s subscription import feature. Do not forward it publicly, post screenshots, or place it in shared documents. To use it on another device, sign in to the user panel and retrieve it again.

Do I need to purchase again after changing devices?

You do not need to purchase again when changing devices. 06VPN supports unlimited simultaneous devices. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, download the client for its operating system, and import the subscription again. If the old device is no longer in use, delete the saved subscription configuration to avoid leaving account details on an idle device.

CONNECTION / RECOVERY

Connections & Troubleshooting

Check “client connected” separately from “target traffic is using the route.” Most issues can be isolated by refreshing the subscription, checking traffic handling, and restarting the app.

What should I do if subscription import fails?

First, confirm that you copied the complete subscription currently shown in the user panel and are using the client’s subscription import option rather than a regular node input field. Check whether your local network can access the user panel, close duplicate network-routing tools, and try importing again. If it still fails, submit a ticket through the user panel with the client name, operating system, and complete error message—but do not include the subscription content.

What should I do if the client says it is connected but websites or apps still cannot be accessed?

A connected status only means that the client completed its local connection process; it does not guarantee that the target traffic is using the selected route. First open the target website in a browser to confirm the basic path. Then check whether the client’s system proxy or tunnel mode is active, and temporarily close potentially conflicting network tools. Reconnect after switching routes, then test the browser and target app separately to determine whether the issue is with the route, system traffic handling, or the app itself.

Why can’t a particular app use the proxy?

Some apps do not read the system proxy, or the client’s routing rules may be sending them directly through the local network. This is why a browser may work while the app does not use the route. Check whether the client’s tunnel mode covers app traffic, then look for a direct-connection rule for that app. After making changes, fully quit and reopen the app so it does not reuse an old connection path.

How do I update the subscription link?

If the subscription is already imported into the client, use its update subscription or refresh configuration feature instead of creating duplicate configurations. If old routes still appear after updating, confirm that you refreshed the currently enabled subscription, then close and reopen the client. If the subscription cannot be refreshed, return to the user panel to retrieve the current subscription, delete the invalid entry in the client, and import it again.

ROUTE / PERFORMANCE

Speed & Routes

Route performance depends on the local connection, cross-border path, and target service. Keep the test target consistent during troubleshooting and change only one condition at a time.

What should I do about slow speeds during peak hours?

During peak hours, congestion can occur on the local access network, cross-border exit paths, or the target service. Pause background downloads, cloud sync, and system updates first. Then switch between routes in the same region and reconnect. Do not judge performance by the route name alone; use the actual response from the target website, video, or app. If several targets slow down at once, check whether the local network itself is stable.

Should I choose a route based on my location or the target service?

When choosing a route, consider both the path from your current location to the route entry point and the path from the route exit to the target service. For region-sensitive content, start with a region that matches the target service. For ordinary websites and developer tools, begin with a route that has a shorter connection path and stable real-world response. Keep test conditions consistent after switching, rather than changing the network, client, and target app at the same time.

Which regions are covered by the available routes?

06VPN covers 90+ countries / 200+ routes. The route list appears in the client through your subscription configuration, so choose based on the target region and use case. Coverage represents available exit locations and network resources; it does not mean every target service applies the same content rules in every region. If location detection differs, switch to the corresponding regional route and reopen the target service.

What should I do if an AI tool or streaming service still says it is unavailable in my region?

First, confirm that the target service allows access for the current account and choose a route matching the target region. After connecting, fully quit the target app, clear the old session, or test in a new browser session, since existing connections and cached data may retain the previous region. If the website works but the app does not, check whether the app traffic is passing through the client instead of repeatedly switching between many routes.

BILLING / REFUND

Billing & Refunds

First distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages, then check the order status. For upgrades or refunds, use the current order information shown in the user panel as the basis for action.

Which monthly subscription plans are available?

Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your typical web browsing, file transfers, and video usage rather than the data allowance alone. All monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, and actual availability follows the plan record in the current account.

Do data packages expire?

Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Options include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They suit usage patterns with no fixed schedule and allow consumption based on actual needs. Before purchasing, distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages: monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, while a data package remains available until its allowance is exhausted.

When does monthly subscription data reset, and how are mid-cycle upgrades handled?

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date rather than at the start of the calendar month. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. The exact result is shown in the order details when you submit the upgrade through the user panel. Before proceeding, check the current plan, target plan, and remaining usage status.

Which payment methods are supported, and how do I request a refund?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported, along with a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. To request a refund, submit the relevant order details and request through the ticket section of the user panel. Avoid duplicate submissions or missing order information. Refund eligibility and processing follow the Terms of Use and order status; keep the necessary records from the order page for verification.

UNRESOLVED / TICKET

Still need help?

Before submitting a ticket, record your operating system, client name, selected route, affected app, and the message shown on screen. Explain what you did, what happened, and whether switching routes changed the result; this is more useful than simply saying “unable to connect.” Subscription content is account information and must not be included in screenshots or the ticket text.
